Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APOs?
Yes, we do ship to PO Box and APO addresses, we ask you to put the shipping info in the comment line of each order to have an optimal delivery of your purchase.

We ship the products universal and all parcels are shipped in safely.
- Our company name or something else related to pharmaceutical contents is not specified on the parcel or packing slips.

Do you ensure your packing, what about customs, what happens if the package is retained?

We don't reship to these locations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Africa, APO/FPO, Brasil, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Chile, Dubai.
What about shipping duty?
Your delivery cost is $ 15 Euro. If your order is $2000 or more you may benefit our free shipping promotions.
Is the delivery sure?
We provide maximum discretion when we ship the packages. We repack the products from their own boxes very safe in order to avoid shipment volume. We don't put our company's name on any parcel, and the packages are sent from different places in Europe, located in various countries, this way we intend to provide optimally safe and sure delivery.
Do I have to sign for shipping?
We send the orders by registered mail, the way to the destination the orders may be tracked. For an optimal security, you have to sign when you receive the parcel.
How much time does it take for ordering and shipping?
In the time, the customer makes an order, we immediately send an instruction e-mail for how to do the payment. When we receive and confirm the payment, we pack the order within 1-3 working days.

Semi-shipped means that the order was submitted for shipment. One device of the order has been already shipped out; the other is in the process to be shipped within 1-3 days.
