Claims & Refund

The order may not be delivered to the destination if it has been seized at customs or lost in the mail. If happens that, the order has been seized, please scan the seizure letter and write us to be able to investigate the case and reship the order. If you didn't receive your order within 30 working days, please tell us by writing an e-mail and we will do our best to investigate the case and reship your order at no charge. Please pay attention that we are not reshipping to the following locations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Denmark.
